private employers are required to post the NLRA Poster. The law
specifically excludes public sector employees, agricultural and
domestic workers, independent contractors, workers employed by a parent
or spouse, and employees of air and rail carriers covered by the
Railway Labor Act.

The Arizona Minimum Wage is $7.65 per hour, effective January 1, 2012.
Rate is increased annually based upon a cost of living formula. An employee may be required to wait for fifteen calendar days after providing written notice before the employee may resign in order to preserve constructive discharge claim against the employer. The Arizona Occupational Safety and Health Act provides safety and health protection for employees in Arizona. Employees have the right to notify their employer or ADOSH about workplace hazards.*
