The new NLRA notice comes with a mandatory size requirement of 11” x 17”. (SEPARATE OPTION PURCHASE)Who is exempt from the NLRA Notice?Most
private employers are required to post the NLRA Poster. The law
specifically excludes public sector employees, agricultural and
domestic workers, independent contractors, workers employed by a parent
or spouse, and employees of air and rail carriers covered by the
Railway Labor Act.

Minimum wage for Colorado minimum wage is $7.36 per hour. $7.64 or the $4.62 state tipped employee minimum wage, effective 1/2012. No more than
$4.34 per hour in tip income may be used to offset the minimum wage of
tipped employees. Employees shall be entitled to an uninterrupted and
"duty free" meal period of at least a thirty minute duration when the
scheduled work shift exceeds five consecutive hours of work.*
Minimum wage rate and overtime provisions applicable to retail and
service, commercial support service, food and beverage, and health and
medical industries.
Rate is increased or decreased annually based upon a cost of living
formula.
Colorado Anti-Discrimination added the Transgender Status to their definition of Sexual Orientation
under protected classes.*
