Your Rights Under The Family and Medical Leave Act: Every employer covered by the FMLA is required to post and keep posted on its premises, in conspicuous places where employees are employed, whether or not it has any "eligible" employees, a notice explaining the Act's revisions and providing information concerning the procedures for filing complaints of violations of the Act with the Wage and Hour Division. Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Under the Act, the Secretary of Labor is directed to distribute a notice of the Act's protections, to issue rules and regulations, and to enforce the provisions of the Act. Employers are required to post notices summarizing the protections of the Act in their places of work.

National Labor Relations Act (NLRA Notice) Recently added to the Federal posting requirement as of January 31, 2012, the NLRA notice contains information regarding an employee's right to organize and bargain collectively with their employers, and to engage in other protected concerted activity or to refrain from engaging in any of the above activity.
