The new NLRA notice comes with a mandatory size
requirement of 11” x 17”. Who is exempt from the NLRA Notice?Most
private employers are required to post the NLRA Poster. The law
specifically excludes public sector employees, agricultural and
domestic workers, independent contractors, workers employed by a parent
or spouse, and employees of air and rail carriers covered by the
Railway Labor Act.

Illinois' minimum wage is $8.25. Minimum wage & overtime applies to employers with 4 or more employees. Certain workers are not covered by the Minimum Wage Law and some workers may be paid less than the minimum wage under limited conditions. Illinois law requires that any worker who is terminated be paid for all accrued vacation time. Workers under Age 16 and 14 may not work in most jobs, except under limited conditions. The work can not be deemed a hazardous occupation.*
