The new NLRA notice comes with a mandatory size
requirement of 11” x 17”. Who is exempt from the NLRA Notice?Most
private employers are required to post the NLRA Poster. The law
specifically excludes public sector employees, agricultural and
domestic workers, independent contractors, workers employed by a parent
or spouse, and employees of air and rail carriers covered by the
Railway Labor Act.

Oklahoma Minimum Wage is $7.25 per hour. Every employer must pay to each of his employees who have reached eighteen (18) years of age wages at a rate of not less than Two Dollars ($2.00) per hour. Regardless of other provisions of the Oklahoma Minimum Wage Act, every employee of the State of Oklahoma or any lessee or concessionaire thereof is hereby specifically covered by the Oklahoma Minimum Wage Act.*
Child Labor Law: Applicable to minors UNDER 16 years of age. Minimum age must be 14 years of age. Employment certificates are required for all employed minors, including home schooled minors and minors from out-of-state working in Oklahoma. White copy is is required to keep on file by employers. Yellow copy is sent to the Oklahoma Department of Labor by the school. Pink copy is kept by schools with green application. Minors must comply with compulsory school laws, Title 70 Section 10. When school is in session minors are restricted to no more than three (3) hours per school day. No more than right (8) hours per non-school day. No more than eighteen (18) hours per school week. *
