Who is exempt from the NLRA Notice?
Most private employers are required to post the NLRA Poster. The law specifically excludes public sector employees, agricultural and domestic workers, independent contractors, workers employed by a parent or spouse, and employees of air and rail carriers covered by the Railway Labor Act.

The Wyoming minimum wage remains $5.15 per hour or $2.13 per hour for tipped employees. However, effective July 24, 2009 most workers are entitled to $7.25 per hour under the federal minimum wage law. Most workers must be paid overtime after 40 hours under federal, not state, law.*

Minors age 14 and 15 can not work more than 8 hours in any 12-hour period. Minors also can not work before 5AM or after 10PM on school days.  On non-school days, minors cannot work past midnight. Children not enrolled in school may work for an 8-hour period between 5:00AM and 12:00AM. Minors must show proof of age through acceptable forms such as a duly attested birth certificate, a properly prepared immigration and naturalization form (I-9) showing the age of the child, or any other document showing the age of the child as approved by the Department of Employment.*
