Florida Human Trafficking Poster Florida Lodging And Food Establishments Poster Broward County Living Wage Poster
The Florida Human Trafficking Poster must be displayed in emergency rooms of general acute care hospitals, in strip clubs and other adult entertainment establishments, and in any business establishment that is not owned by a regulated health care practitioner and which offers massage or bodywork services for compensation. The poster must be displayed in a conspicuous location that is clearly visible to the public and the employees of the establishment.

The Department of Transportation is required to display the Florida Human Trafficking Poster in every rest area, turnpike service plaza, weigh station, primary airport, passenger rail station, and welcome center in the state which is open to the public. (Florida Revised Statutes, Section 787.29)
The Florida Lodging and Food Establishments Poster fulfills notice requirements for public lodging and food service establishments.
The Florida Lodging and Food Establishments Poster informs guests of public lodging establishments and food service establishments that a current copy of Chapter 509, Part 1, Florida Statutes is available in the main office for public review. The bottom of the notice provides a fill-in space for the location of the chapter and the name of the Contact Person who will provide access.
